Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green as a GIS Specialist (m/f/d) in Hamburg.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the search for and evaluation of new potential sites for solar and battery projects using GIS-based analyses
Accompanying projects from the initial idea to the construction-ready site
This includes the creation and processing of maps and the analysis of environmental and geodata
Commissioning and coordinating environmental studies (e.g. soil investigations, flora and fauna surveys) to check the suitability of potential sites
Communicating with local authorities and work closely with them to obtain the necessary permits and approvals for the development of our projects
Being responsible for maintaining and developing the GIS databases, ensuring data quality and creating meaningful reports for internal and external stakeholders
Your qualification
Completed a degree in geography, environmental sciences or a comparable qualification
Experienced several years in GIS, ideally in the field of renewable energies or site development
Already gained experience in commissioning and evaluating environmental studies
Strong communication skills and experienced in dealing with authorities and other external partners
Having an independent, structured way of working and the ability to work in a team
Good German and English language skills

Help shape the energy transition at Elements Green Germany - as a Project Developer Renewable Energy (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Developing PV projects and actively promoting the identification of suitable areas and market partners, evaluating and checking project ideas, conducting contract negotiations, developing solar parks on your own responsibility until they are ready to be built and making the investment decision in the responsible committees
Preparing offers and presentations and managing the approval and urban land use planning procedures. In addition, you skillfully conduct discussions with landowners, mayors and authorities
Coordinating and leading internal project teams as well as external experts (e.g. planning offices and biologists)
Negotiating important contracts independently. These include leases to secure land as well as contracts for use, design and urban development
Together with your colleagues from internal sales and the project engineers, determining, analyzing and evaluating the necessary planning documents
Thinking entrepreneurially, being able to convince people of concepts in the field of renewable energies in a sympathetic way, and boldly going forward to realize new ideas
Your qualification
Completed degree or training in one of the following areas: Renewable energies, energy and environment, agriculture, agricultural sciences, urban and regional planning or a comparable qualification
Professional experienced in sales and project management
You will master your diverse tasks as a Renewable Energy Project Developer (m/f/d) with your project understanding for commercial, technical and legal contexts
In addition to your independent way of working, we are impressed by your analytical skills, your service-oriented manner and your strong communication skills
Furthermore, being familiar with the current MS Office programs and speaking and writing fluently in German and English

Help shape the energy transition at Elements Green Germany - as a Technical Manager (m/f/d)
Your resposibilities
Identifying new project locations in the high and extra-high voltage grid
Being responsible for the assessment and evaluation of existing substations
Managing and communicating with grid operators and being also responsible for grid inquiries for our large-scale battery storage facilities in Germany
Coordinating with grid operators regarding grid connection
Being responsible for negotiating grid connection installation and grid connection contracts from a technical perspective
Coordinating closely with our project developers (m/f/d) and external engineering offices and also take over the management of the latter
Your qualification
Succesfully gained a degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering with relevant professional experience
Solid understanding of electrical engineering in the field of high-voltage and extra-high voltage substations
Very good communication skills
Very good German and good English skills
Having a class B driving license

Help shape the energy transition at Elements Green as a Project Engineer (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
You have overall responsibility for the conceptual planning and implementation of our grid and the associated technical systems at low, medium and high voltage level up to the grid connection point of the grid operator
You will also be responsible for all our renewable energy systems, taking into account current and future requirements
You determine the most economically favorable connection point to the public power grid
You will query all grid and plant data to assess the technical characteristics of the grid and be responsible for enforcing the grid connection with grid operators for the power generation plants
You evaluate the information on supply grids and connection options with technical and legal support
You plan the cable routes, transfer stations and transformer stations
If necessary, you will carry out grid studies yourself (load flow/short circuit, evaluation of grid perturbations, etc.) or develop these with external partners
You will be responsible for basic planning with budget cost estimation and for meeting deadlines
You provide technical support for project development
You will be responsible for communicating with authorities, managing external service providers and external appointments within the scope of the above-mentioned range of tasks
You are responsible for the technical and commercial handling of projects from the preparation of quotations to invoicing, including documentation
You will be responsible for ensuring order processing (results, adherence to deadlines and quality), as well as compliance with occupational safety and legal regulations on the construction sites
You will be jointly responsible for managing construction sites in the area of low, medium and high-voltage systems (0.4 kV to 110 kV, sometimes also 380 kV) in our new-build substations and in our PV parks
Your qualification
You have a degree in industrial engineering, supply engineering or electrical engineering or a comparable technical education with a focus on electrical power engineering
You have a sound knowledge of the relevant laws, technical rules and regulations
Ideally, you can demonstrate experience in the planning, project planning and construction of medium and high-voltage systems
Initial experience in the field of wind energy, photovoltaics and battery storage systems is an advantage
You have a good knowledge of general standards and technical regulations (VDE, FNN, Grid Code, etc.)
You are confident with MS Office and you have initial experience with relevant CAD/CAE planning tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.), grid calculation tools (PowerFactory, etc.) and GIS programs or you are willing to acquire this knowledge
You have negotiating skills and a confident manner when dealing with external and internal contacts
You are a team player, communicative and are characterized by organizational skills and a high degree of independence
Your German language skills are at least B2 level and you have a good command of English

Financial Reporting & Compliance
Lead the design, optimisation, and delivery of financial reporting processes.
Oversee the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end processes, including group consolidated reporting.
Ensure full statutory accounting compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage reporting, maintaining adherence to evolving accounting standards.
Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors, ensuring robust audit processes.
Document and ensure all complex accounting areas are correctly recorded, including technical areas like equity accounting, hedging, and reorganisations.
Implement and monitor internal controls over financial reporting to maintain a strong control environment.
Intercompany & Technical Accounting
Assist with the management of intercompany accounting, ensuring accurate reconciliations and compliance.
Own the execution of technical accounting tasks, including divestments, reorganisations, and hedging.
Standardise accounting treatments across all group entities to ensure consistency.
Develop and oversee transfer pricing protocols in collaboration with the Tax department.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Train, develop, and support finance teams across diverse geographies.
Collaborate with key departments, including Legal, HR, Business Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
Deputise for the Finance Director when necessary, representing finance in strategic discussions.
Systems & Tools
Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of finance systems to support operational excellence.
Roll out and optimise group reporting templates and tools.
Champion the continuous improvement of systems to streamline.

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
5+ years in a finance position within a renewable asset development company.
Experience working internationally across multiple currencies.
Advanced command of Excel and reporting tools, ideally Oracle Netsuite.
Work carefully and conscientiously with good attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in complex financial investment and development environments.
