• You will be responsible for the electrical planning and design of PV open spaces (from 10 MW and above), partly with battery storage.

• You will create circuit diagrams, electrical grid integration concepts, control, and protection concepts while adhering to all relevant standards.

• You will hold project-specific and independent discussions with grid operators and system certifiers.

• You will work closely with project developers and project engineers as an expert in the field of electrical engineering.

• Management of the Permit Process: Supervision and management of all activities related to obtaining the necessary permits for the initiation and execution of energy projects.

Our German offices are located in Mönchengladbach, Leipzig and Leer. We have a large portfolio of development-stage solar PV and battery assets in Germany and as such, are looking to add additional support into our German Development team.

Help shape the energy transition at Elements Green Germany - as a Project Developer Renewable Energy (m/f/d)

• You develop PV projects and actively promote the identification of suitable areas and market partners, evaluate and check project ideas, conduct contract negotiations, develop solar parks on your own responsibility until they are ready to be built and make the investment decision in the responsible committees.

• You prepare offers and presentations and manage the approval and urban land use planning procedures. In addition, you skillfully conduct discussions with landowners, mayors and authorities.

• You coordinate and lead internal project teams as well as external experts (e.g. planning offices and biologists).

• You negotiate important contracts independently. These include leases to secure land as well as contracts for use, design and urban development.

• Together with your colleagues from internal sales and the project engineers, you determine, analyze and evaluate the necessary planning documents.

• You think entrepreneurially, are able to convince people of concepts in the field of renewable energies in a sympathetic way, and boldly go forward to realize new ideas.
