    Your responsibilities

    • Being responsible for the negotiation and implementation of contracts (mainly land, service and EPC contracts) for the entire project development lifecycle in the renewable energy sector

    • This includes securing land, commissioning construction companies and communicating with all stakeholders

    • Creating analyses and reports

    • Being responsible for creating and maintaining templates, general terms and conditions of contract, purchase, sale and business

    • Acting as an interface between the departments in the company and being responsible for claim management

    Your qualifications

    • Successfully completed the first state examination in law, being a business lawyer or gained several years of experience in contract management

    We are seeking to hire a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our German subsidiary, based out of Hamburg. This position will report into the regional MD with a dotted line to senior stakeholders at HQ in London and be responsible for supporting the finance, accounting and procurement administration for the local subsidiary.

    Your responsibilities

    • Being responsible for all financial accounting tasks: bookings in the accounting system, monitoring of accounting processes and preparation of periodic financial statements

    • Preparing the financial documents for the annual financial statements and supporting the auditors for our German companies

    • Helping with budgeting and forecasting

    • Being responsible for internal reporting and constant communication with the German development team, the external accounting department and the internal finance team in the UK

    Your responsibilities

    • Supporting the search for and evaluation of new potential sites for solar and battery projects using GIS-based analyses

    • Accompanying projects from the initial idea to the construction-ready site

    • This includes the creation and processing of maps and the analysis of environmental and geodata

    • Commissioning and coordinating environmental studies (e.g. soil investigations, flora and fauna surveys) to check the suitability of potential sites

    • Communicating with local authorities and work closely with them to obtain the necessary permits and approvals for the development of our projects

    • Being responsible for maintaining and developing the GIS databases, ensuring data quality and creating meaningful reports for internal and external stakeholders

    Your qualification

    • Completed a degree in geography, environmental sciences or a comparable qualification

    • Experienced several years in GIS, ideally in the field of renewable energies or site development

    • Already gained experience in commissioning and evaluating environmental studies

    We are seeking to hire a Head of HR to join our senior leadership team, to be based out of our London HQ. This position will be responsible for driving people initiatives and strategy across our international workforce, as we enter the next phase of growth and evolution as a business.


    • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations and administration across the UK and all international subsidiaries, including Italy, Germany, Australia and any other new markets entered

    • Responsible for developing team KPIs in all jurisdictions and for daily management of HR department personnel

    • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Relations, Retention, Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Internal Communications

    • Provide basic recruitment process management and onboarding support to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition

    • Research, report and plan for global HRIS systems implementation, including integrated ATS

    • Provide ongoing training, development and coaching to HR personnel as well as wider Management team

    • Support the planning of team-building initiatives and social events

    • Manage international payroll administration

    Your responsibilities

    • Developing PV projects and actively promoting the identification of suitable areas and market partners, evaluating and checking project ideas, conducting contract negotiations, developing solar parks on your own responsibility until they are ready to be built and making the investment decision in the responsible committees

    • Preparing offers and presentations and managing the approval and urban land use planning procedures. In addition, you skillfully conduct discussions with landowners, mayors and authorities

    • Coordinating and leading internal project teams as well as external experts (e.g. planning offices and biologists)

    • Negotiating important contracts independently. These include leases to secure land as well as contracts for use, design and urban development

    • Together with your colleagues from internal sales and the project engineers, determining, analyzing and evaluating the necessary planning documents

    • Thinking entrepreneurially, being able to convince people of concepts in the field of renewable energies in a sympathetic way, and boldly going forward to realize new ideas

    • Completed degree or training in one of the following areas: Renewable energies, energy and environment, agriculture, agricultural sciences, urban and regional planning or a comparable qualification

    • Professional experienced in sales and project management

    • You will be responsible for the electrical planning and design of PV open spaces (from 10 MW and above), partly with battery storage.

    Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Development Ltd. as a Senior BESS Development Manager (m/f/d)

    ·       Provide hands on support to the Head of Project Delivery in the development of the UK project pipeline, from origination through to RTB;

    ·       Ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders, both internal and external, throughout the lifecycle of the project, ensuring that regular updates of project trackers are effectively recorded and reported, as required; 

    ·       Act as the project lead and main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on select projects;

    ·       Develop and drive project programmes and associated dashboards;

    ·       Collate appropriate scope of works packages and lead on the tendering and appointment process of external consultants;

    ·       In collaboration with internal legal and technical teams, ensure effective management of contracts, vendor relations and associated budgets;

    ·       Support community teams, activities and events, assisting the wider PR strategy to drive maximum engagement across community impact areas for our UK pipeline;

    ·       Support with Due Diligence and associated internal and external reporting requirements;

    ·       Demonstratable experience in taking UK BESS and PV projects from greenfield through to RTB and financial close;

    ·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

    ·       Knowledge of Option & Easement Agreements preferred;

    ·       Line management experience preferred, but not essential

    ·       Strong track record in supporting procedural optimisation and implementation of best-practice principles;

    ·       Strong skills with industry specific software packages;

    ·       Ability to work in a dynamic and often fluid “start-up” environment.

    • Identifying new project locations in the high and extra-high voltage grid

    • Being responsible for the assessment and evaluation of existing substations

    • Managing and communicating with grid operators and being also responsible for grid inquiries for our large-scale battery storage facilities in Germany

    • Coordinating with grid operators regarding grid connection

    • Being responsible for negotiating grid connection installation and grid connection contracts from a technical perspective

    • Coordinating closely with our project developers (m/f/d) and external engineering offices and also take over the management of the latter

    Your qualification

    • Succesfully gained a degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering with relevant professional experience

    • Solid understanding of electrical engineering in the field of high-voltage and extra-high voltage substations

    • Very good communication skills

    • Very good German and good English skills

    • Having a class B driving license
